From you home screen, hold ALT + Shift, and press H. For Pearl handsets, hold ALT and press R, A, C, E. This will bring your to the Help Me! screen. Do not exit this screen.

FIll In the form below based on the information there, then enter the code generated in and goto OS Engineering Screens, then choose device info.Scroll to the bottom and then see your MEP code.
